• Accurately enter and verify medication orders in electronic medical records (VistA, Cerner, or designated system) and imaging software (DAPER or VA e-Rx).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve medication-related concerns, documenting interventions as per protocol.
• Manage the processing of returned medications in accordance with company policies.
• Serve as the Pharmacist of the Day, handling escalated patient inquiries and requests.
• Report medication errors and quality issues following Millbrook's safety reporting program.
• Provide comprehensive drug counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Act as a reliable drug information source for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a current license for controlled substances.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Acceptance of any State Pharmacist License.
